1. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or expired
  • Wrong product or incorrect quantity delivered by Nutcraft
  • Packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery
  • Product quality issue verified by our quality team

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos and invoice copy).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, the following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by buyer
  • Orders purchased under special discounts, clearance sale, or promotional offers
  • Customized/private label or bulk packed orders
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery

Since Nutcraft deals in edible/perishable goods, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed through one of the following:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit Note / Wallet Credit
  • Adjustment in Next Purchase Order

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after return approval. Typical ecommerce refunds are often processed within a reasonable period after approval.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of refund, Nutcraft may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Fresh stock dispatch in next shipment
  • Partial compensation for damaged goods

This depends on the nature of the issue and stock availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
  • Customized, bulk, or private label orders cannot be cancelled once production starts
